Before the Ceremony
Register online with us using the QR code on your card! It's very important that we have your most current contact information for both you and your family to receive the link to view your color proofs and receive your hard copy proofs via USPS!
Make sure your cap and gown are set and wrinkle-free -- dress to impress! Arrive at least an hour early for your ceremony.
At the Ceremony
Every graduate will be photographed twice as they are recognized. When your row is called to stage bring your card or phone to be scanned to display your name on the big screen! Make sure it's easily accessible not folded.
Smile the whole way through, we will be capturing you at different points along the way!
After the Ceremony
Congratulations on this most important achievement!
Within 48-60 hours after the ceremony, you will be contacted via email and text receiving the link to view your beautiful commencement proofs!
