New Photo Day Procedures

In these trying times we have made several changes to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers.

COVID Testing

All of our photographers were required to take a Covid test prior to returning back to work. Employees are also required to take a Covid survey on a daily basis prior to photographing their events.

Wearing Masks

All employees are required to wear masks. All students or staff being photographed are required to wear their mask the whole time and only remove it once they are seated and our staff is more than 6 feet away.

Safety Kit

Part of the photo equipment for all our events includes a Safety Kit which includes extra masks, hand sanitizer, and disinfecting wipes.

Social Distancing

We have created “Wait Here” signs so that students keep the proper distance while waiting to be photographed.

Touch Free Check-In

For seniors, we have created a “Touch Free” check-in to add another layer of safety. In addition, students won’t be required to share wardrobe and will be able to wear their own clothing for their senior photos. Cap and Gown photos will be postponed until the students receive their own gowns for graduation day.
Note: Safety procedures may be revised based on the recommendations from local and national government agencies.
